Terms and conditions for Revivo

Welcome to Revivo! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Revivo software solution ("Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Revivo" refers to our software solution that enables businesses to upload their reports for AI-powered analysis.
- "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
- "Third-Party Services" are external services integrated into Revivo, including but not limited to Sanity, Neon Database, Fly.io, Vercel, Auth0, Stripe, and Anthropic AI.
2. Description of Service
Revivo simplifies sustainability reporting by analyzing European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) reports through an AI-powered solution. Users upload their reports, and our AI provides objective assessments and recommendations to enhance compliance and reporting efficiency.
3. User Responsibilities
- Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to upload reports to Revivo.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Users agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they provide does not include market-sensitive or confidential information unless explicitly authorized and handled securely.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
Revivo relies on several third-party services for functionality:
- Sanity: Content management system used for public information
- Google Cloud: Cloud hosting, API and services (all data are stored in EU)
- Auth0: Authentication and login services (all data stored in EU)
- Stripe: Payment processing
- Anthropic AI: AI service
By using Revivo, you acknowledge and accept the role of these third-party services in delivering our Service. Revivo is not responsible for any disruptions or data processing conducted by these providers.
We reserve the right to make changes related to third-party providers, including but not limited to introducing new providers, replacing existing ones, or modifying the scope of third-party services.
Revivo does not disclose user data to third parties outside of these service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service. Revivo does not resell or share your data for commercial purposes.
5. Data privacy and security
- Revivo processes and stores data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
- We do not sell user data to third parties.
- We currently do not store your reports.
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded reports and data.

6. Payment and subscription
- Payments for Revivo services are processed through Stripe.
- Revivo currently offers a pay-as-you-go model; additional pricing models may be introduced in the future.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of service access.
7. Limitation of liability
- The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
- Revivo makes no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the analysis or recommendations provided.
- The AI-powered recommendations are intended to be a support tool, not a substitute for human judgment or professional advice.
- Revivo is not responsible for inaccuracies in third-party data or services.
- Revivo shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
- Users are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance with legal or regulatory obligations.
8. Confidential and sensitive information
- Users are responsible for ensuring that confidential or market-sensitive information is handled in accordance with applicable laws and internal guidelines.
- Revivo is not liable for any consequences arising from the disclosure or misuse of such information through use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms and Change Log
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated clearly to users. A change log will be maintained to document what has been changed, when, and how.
Continued use of the Service after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Termination
- Users may terminate their account and delete their data at any time.
- Revivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be settled by the courts of Trondheim District Court (Trondheim tingrett) as the exclusive legal venue.
